Join Arin and the Valo Wine team for a cozy fall-themed edition of Watercolor & Wine. You’ll learn how to paint a pumpkin patch while sipping a glass of wine on the Vancouver waterfront.
I'll teach you how to paint a beautiful winery landscape with watercolors! We will warm up by exploring our color palette as always. I will begin by demonstrating some techniques to landscape painting in watercolor, as well as how to draw and paint pumpkins. You'll then be able to apply your new skills to your own painting, following along as I show you each step of the way.
You'll take home a finished watercolor painting of a local pumpkin patch. You'll also leave with a set of artist's skills that you'll be able to directly apply to future paintings - whether you paint in your bedroom or plein air out in nature. A limited palette of watercolors and high quality watercolor paper will be provided at the event, but you are encouraged to bring your favorite painting supplies as well.
Ticket price includes one glass of wine! Other food and drinks can be purchased separately to enjoy while we paint. We'll be taking over the cozy main room on a quiet night, with plenty of space to spread out and also make new friends as you paint.
